Executive Coaching
Philosophy
My Mission
I am an Executive Coach who helps high-achieving women overcome barriers to success and position themselves for next-level leadership.
My Core Belief
I believe that every woman is uniquely and purposefully designed to positively impact the world around her. Embracing your true identity unlocks your purpose and your voice. When a woman knows who she is, she is empowered to create the life and impact she dreams of, rather than being shaped by life’s circumstances or the expectations of others.
The Focus
Behind the outward success of many high-achieving women lie deep-seated barriers: deficits in the foundational character traits of Attachment, Separation, Integration, and Adulthood.
Left unaddressed, these deficits prevent women from fully owning their identity, carrying out their true purpose, and sustaining the resilience needed to face life’s challenges.
My coaching targets these root foundations, utilizing neuroscience-backed strategies, to bridge the gap between internal wholeness and external executive success.
The Environment
- I foster autonomy, not dependency: I allow the client to lead the conversation while I ask powerful questions to draw out her own wisdom, actively strengthening her "Adulthood" trait.
- I provide psychological safety: I deeply honor and respect her boundaries and maintain strict confidentiality, allowing her to safely drop her armor.
The Transformation
Next-Level Leadership
When a client successfully integrates these foundational traits, she steps into a holistic, abundant model of leadership. She no longer leads from a place of isolation, exhaustion, or survival. Instead, her next-level leadership is characterized by:
- Authentic Executive Presence: She is bold, no longer hiding or diminishing herself in high-level rooms. She has the confidence to show up as her true self.
- Connected & Emotionally Intelligent Leadership: Because she has mastered Attachment, she builds safe relationships and no longer leads in isolation. She values the authentic identity of others and motivates her employees through purposeful work.
- Decisive Autonomy: Because she has mastered Separation and Adulthood, she sets healthy boundaries, makes better decisions, and operates with high emotional self-awareness rather than micromanaging.
- Deep Resilience: Because she has mastered Integration, she can face both good and bad realities without being overwhelmed.
- Holistic Wholeness: She actively prioritizes her mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. She has created margin in her life, successfully managing her time and capacity without burnout.
